Android + iOS dev collab: app ideas you can ship this weekend

I'm an indie Android developer with 9 apps on Google Play, and I create Shorts covering app ideas that a solo developer can build in a weekend — focused on React Native and Expo.
I want to collab with a creator who covers a complementary niche: Flutter, iOS, SwiftUI, or general app ideas. The format I have in mind is simple — we each cover a buildable app idea and post on both channels the same week. No complex production, just two developers sharing ideas with each other's audiences.
I can cross-promote across YouTube, Instagram, and a Telegram dev community. My audience is technical and niche — indie developers actively looking for their next project.
Channel size is not the priority. Consistent uploads and a genuine dev audience matter more. Happy to plan everything async via DMs before committing to anything.

What is a shorts collaboration on YouTube?
A Shorts collaboration is when two YouTube creators coordinate complementary Shorts (a duet, response, chain, or shared concept) to push each other into the Shorts feed. Shorts collabs tolerate larger subscriber gaps than long-form because the Shorts feed is driven by watch-time signals, not subscriber-graph proximity. You can browse every open shorts collaboration on CollabPals.
