AI Research & ML Evaluation Partnership

I am seeking Machine Learning PhDs, Postdocs, and Doctoral Candidates to collaborate on high-level AI evaluation projects through Handshake AI. The goal is to apply your expertise in machine learning theory, optimization, and statistical inference to design rigorous, domain-relevant questions and assess AI-generated content for technical accuracy and logical consistency.

I can offer a consistent pipeline of paid, flexible contract work that fits around your schedule. It is fully remote and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirements, and onboarding onto relevant projects where you can review model architectures, generalization behavior, and probabilistic modeling. This is intended to bridge academic expertise with practical AI system improvement, with compensation in the $50 to $75 per hour range.

I am looking for doctoral students, recent graduates, or postdoctoral researchers in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or AI-related fields. You should have a strong foundation in algorithmic analysis, optimization theory, probabilistic modeling, and statistical inference, and you should enjoy detail-oriented technical problem-solving and evaluating and critiquing AI-generated responses for soundness. You should be based in the U.S. (remote) and have valid work authorization (for example, CPT, OPT, or other), and OPT/CPT-eligible F-1 students are welcome subject to school approval.
