Creator collaboration to build monetizable, view-ready videos

I want to be a known channel where my videos can get a decent amount of views and be eligible for monetization. The person who collaborates with me, if my channel grows, we can mutually help each other grow.

I bring a collaboration-forward approach: if I get monetized, then for videos I collaborate on with a partner, I would share fifty percent of the earnings because of the collaboration.

I am looking for a creator with a similar background, but I am open to other backgrounds too, as long as we can work together on content that performs well and stays monetization-eligible.
